One Year Limited Warranty

Extent of Warranty
Manufacturer warrants that your new aromaSpa^® aromatic steam capsule will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. If the unit fails to function because of defects in materials or workmanship during this period, the Manufacturer, at it's sole expense will repair or, at it's option, replace the defective part. This Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the unit, and terminates upon transfer of ownership. The 12 month warranty period shall be shortened to 3 months if the unit is used in a commercial, institutional or rental application. We neither assume nor authorize any representative or other person to assume for us any liability in conjunction with the sale or shipment of our products.

Limits of Warranty
The Warranty is effective only if the enclosed Validation Card is return to the manufacturer within thirty (30) days of purchase. The unit must have been purchased and installed within one year of manufacture date. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect, nor does it cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damage due to use with electrical supply voltage other than that marked on the product, or use with oils other than Aromatherapy Oils. Additionally, this Warranty is void if the unit has been altered or modified or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer or it's authorized agents.

Warranty Service
If a defect, malfunction or nonconformity appears, you must notify the Manufacturer promptly upon discovery. Please return the unit, or the faulty part, postage prepaid, with this Warranty and proof of purchase date to the Manufacturer. The repaired unit or replacement part will be returned to you as soon as possible, but it will be fixed and shipped back to you from the Service Center no later than thirty (30) days after it's receipt by the Service Center, at the Manufacturer's sole expense for the repair and the return freight.

What to Return
Do not return the chair, wall, door, or any other accessories with the unit unless absolutely necessary. Please pack the unit carefully and insure it, as this Warranty does not cover loss or damage in transit.

Disclaimers
The Manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of the aromaSpa^® products, or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer, or any of it's representatives be held liable for injury to persons or damage to property. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. The Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes or improve the product, without any obligation to similarly alter or change any product previously purchased. Dispute Resolution
You have the right to bring as action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this Warranty. If you and the Manufacturer disagree concerning performance under the terms of this Warranty, you or the Manufacturer may submit the matter for resolution to the American Arbitration Association. You will not be responsible for the expenses incurred in submitting a dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph. You are required to submit any dispute for resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies that you may have. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
